Refund & cancellation policy

Consultations and case analysis

• You can reschedule a consultation by letting us know at least 24 hours before your slot.
• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your slot, we will refund your consultation fee in full.
• Fees are not refundable once the consultation has taken place, or for missed appointments without notice.

Programmes

• If you cancel before your onboarding session, we will refund the programme fee in full.
• Once onboarding has taken place, programme fees are not refundable, because your plan and the team's time are reserved for you.
• Group programmes (such as PCOS Wellness) can be moved to the next batch if you let us know before the batch starts.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

Delivery of services

All services are delivered online or at our Hyderabad clinic. No physical goods are shipped.
